Absolutely disgusted had laminate fitted less than a year ago all has to be replaced at my cost owner of this company a crook nice when getting your money then cant get hold of when there is a problem shouldnt be allowed to trade only gave 1 star because I couldnt give it none but this is a no star review

Carpet and floor fitter has done excellent job, cannot fault him. The owners off the shop however seem to do different prices that was given. Would recommend going somewhere else as these add more money and then deny it. Was quoted a price then 200 extra for underlay. No underlay was fitted under my daughter's wooden floors. When I rang up they denied charging for the underlay, they said the man that served my daughter has since been sacked so they cannot quote the actual price given. They then sent a tx with a breakdown of the flooring adding the 200 in other places. Eg. Fitting even though it was free. Charged for beading even though that was free. They absolutely seen my daughter coming. I would definitely AVOID these.
