        DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely disgraceful. I was told by my tiler to use Tile Giant as they gave discounts to his customers. However they sold me two boxes of tiles more than I needed and then refused to take them back even though the boxes were unopened. They said I had had them more than 30 days. That's true but only because the tiler was fully booked up and only finished the job yesterday. I paid on card and was told that their till cannot process refunds after 30 days. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the tiles they sarcastically suggested I tile another room in the house. Disgraceful way to treat a customer.

        Went in needing specific sized tiles in a certain colour that I had in mind and had to ask for help as there was so much choice. Scott was both friendly and helpful and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Great shop and staff, would highly recommend.
