        Ordered a stair carpet with fitting, came on the Thursday as booked. The fitter however forgot his gun so was unable to fit the bottom stair. Promised to come and finish Saturday morning. Wife waited in, no show and no phone call. Contacted the shop at midday who said the fitter wasn't answering his phone. Rang again about 3pm to be told, you won't get it done before Monday now. Wife waited in Monday and was told he would be there 1030. Fitter phoned 11AM to say he was on his way and would be here in half an hour. Turned up 2 hours later. By the time it was finished it was too late for her to go out shopping as intended. Carpet was great and fitting was good but unfortunately too unreliable. Fortunately there are plenty of other carpet places locally so not a problem going elsewhere with hopefully more reliable fitters next time. Unfortunately you can get it right most of the time, but one bad experience lives longer in the memory. Also managed to leave a large scratch in the wood flooring.
