        Extremely rude! Patronising! Would not recommend using this estate agent, useless at the best of times! Karen to be specific, not very helpful, very rude and unprofessional! Become very unpleasant and tried to argue, then didn't return keys upon changing estate agent!

        Impossible to get in touch with, ignored my calls and emails which ultimately cost me the sale of my property. I left this review on their Facebook and they denied I was ever their customer and blocked me.
