    As a yo-yo dieter, I had doubts about entering into another health program. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised. Let me explain. "Margaret's gut health program is a game changer". In the past, my goal was always to lose weight, and I tried every diet. I trusted what I was being told to eat and what not to eat to get some weight off, even though all of the diets seemed to contradict each other to the point where I just didn't know who or what to trust. Enter Margaret Bell. We met at a BNI meeting and got to chatting. She explained that she had the solution for me but it was not based on losing weight but instead was aimed at getting my gut health working again. I started on Margaret's Food Freedom program, which focused on emotional eating. By the end of that program, I clearly understood why I was eating what I did and how to ween myself away from certain foods to improve my gut health. It worked. I had successfully changed my eating habits. Without any thought, I signed up for the next program, The True Balance Gut Health program. This focused on my health, stress and how to improve my energy through gut health. Amazing. I learnt a lot from this one, and the information I received from Margaret will remain in my thoughts for a long time. Did you know, for example, that nearly 90% of all dieting information is incorrect when focusing on your gut health? For instance, Yakult, you know, the probiotic drink marketed to be great for your gut health? Incorrect. It is mass-produced and only has one probiotic when it should have at least 5, totalling around 5 billion live cultures. That is only one example of the mass lies the massively profitable diet sector tells us. When I had finished that program, I moved on to Margerets MOT program, which is a once a month check up. Invaluable as it keeps me where I need to be. My first session saw Margaret and I going on a country walk while she asked questions and further instructed me. So what have I gained through all of this? You'll be surprised. Not only have I lost weight, which was not the intention going into this, but I have also learned what food is best for me to eat for my gut health, and how to be more mindful of myself through meditation, which Margaret will do with you. The biggest thing to mention here is that Margaret will tailor her food advice based on you and considering your ailments. So it really is a bespoke service. Margaret is very kind in her approach. She is highly informative, not judgemental in the slightest and very easy to talk to. I urge you to book a discovery call with her. As I said at the beginning, this is a game changer, and I cannot recommend her highly enough and have done already.

    Having spent several years struggling with IBS (self-diagnosed) and general lethargy brought on by a poor diet I felt I needed the support of a practitioner to get me moving in the right direction and so I contacted Margaret and after the initial consultation I knew it was the right decision. My experience with Margaret over the last 6 months has been nothing short of amazing. I have tried many diets, some with a little success to varying degrees but nothing that has made enough of a difference or been long lasting. As soon as we started, I made some major changes to the way I eat, the biggest being cutting out sugar and all processed foods. Margaret also introduced me to the benefits of bone broth to improve my digestion and gut health and I now include it in my daily routine. At all times Margaret supported me and was always only a call or message away to guide me. The changes Ive made werent as difficult as I expected them to be, however some serious willpower was necessary at times but feeling and seeing the benefits have made me remain focussed. Now, having completed Margarets programme, Im feeling far healthier and have much less trouble with my digestion. The changes Ive made to my diet are long term and I have no intention of ever returning to sugar or the regular eating of easy processed foods. Not only has my digestion improved, but Im regularly complimented on my skin and complexion, as well as the bonus of losing over 12kgs, without any increase in exercise activity levels.
