        Till staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond for you. its a reliable way to sell items and the music is always boss ;) I sold them a Samsung s9 phone and it took about 20 minutes to do their checks and give me the money.. You can even have money put into your bank account to save the hassle of walking around with cash, something not many others offer

        Always good to check out their stock though their fairness when returning faulty goods sold means I would hesitate to ever buy from them again. The old saying buyer beware comes to mind.

        The Birkenhead store a staff are so rude and have no manners. Went in on Monday and they make you wait to be served even though all the staff are messing about behind the till. Get served by a girl with a beanie on who didn't have a clue how to talk to people and made 2 mistakes including putting the wrong disk in the game I'd bought. The tiny manager guy doesn't know how to smile and has no social skills. For a manager he doesn't know how to run a shop.
