Forget what you think a pork pie should be, and come & try the best. I never thought I'd live to describe a pork pie as "juicy" before now, but that is exactly what they are. Bring your own napkins and/or take liberal advantage of the free kitchen roll, or you'll end up with delicious pork juice all over your Barbour. Pastry as good as the filling, worth a review of its own, really: shortcrust, buttery and melts-in-your-mouth (if you'll excuse the clich. They *do* make them like they used to, if you know where to look.
