        Bought a dog collar on ebay, but saw identical for over 4 less. I asked if they could price match or refund. Predictably, they claimed to be receiving an unprecedented amount of emails, so we're unable to get back to me. How convenient!

        They keep telling me the item's have been dispatch but they haven't they are a terrible company and hiding behind COVID they should be ashamed of the self's .they take your money and don't deliver anything . They must be short of 11 pounds I feel sorry for them . please avoid using this Mickey mouse company
