Item provided was very poor quality (headset for phone). Tested it on more than one phone and compared to another headset. Returned as unfit for purpose. DS Tele claim they have a NO HASSLE RETURNS policy. No hassle, seems to mean they don't bother. 18 days after sending back the headset I contacted them asking for refund and postage refund too. Was told they would not refund the postage. POOR SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT, LIES, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They took my money quite quickly, promised me they would ship out my merchandise within a week. Over two weeks later, the company would (a) not provide a tracking number for the missing parcel, (b) would not provide the name and address of the courier company they say they used, (c) would not provide a full refund on the spot. When I asked them which site housed the 600 positive reviews that their website claims they have received, they refused to provide the correct answer, stating that they "were a large organization and too busy to assist". My advice - stay away from these guys!
