Pine & Oak Warehouse

I ordered a bedroom set of this company 3 years ago and immediately the runners in the drawers broke , I contacted pine and oak warehouse who did help by replacing them ( 3 times they did this ) however the same problem kept occurring, obviously a fault, I said its ridiculous to keep replacing the runners as its never ending , there is a problem, because the rest of the furniture matches I cant replace the drawers ! After repeatedly contacting the company and my E mails being ignored they are refusing to help , they say its out of guarantee now , my problem is it wasnt out of guarantee when this problem started and Ive contacted the company so many times , if theyre going to represent manufacturers then its their responsibility to offer follow up services especially as this has been a problem from day 1 , I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them , good luck if you have an on going problem !!

We have just taken delivery of an oak wardrobe & drawers & are extremely happy with both the furniture & the service. We had been told that it wasnt possible to get a triple wardrobe into our loft conversion but Kyle made it happen. We had 2 visits to measure & check dimensions prior to delivery. It was certainly not a simple operation but by thinking outside of the box & with huge positivity it was delivered & assembled perfectly. It looks great & we are very happy with the furniture. Thanks for making it happen.

Lovely furniture and beds. Where it is though, because of the one way system they have on the trading estate, you have to go half a mile around all kinds of other units (and the many speed humps), just to go the equivalent of 100 yards to the right! Also you are only allowed 90mins free parking on the whole estate so don't dawdle!

Recently bought some bedroom furniture ,great price ,friendly sales team, no pressure, dogs friendly too! Delivered on time, delivery lad's where very good, carried everything up a big flight of stairs, no problem

We were absolutely made up with the service from pine and oak, they really helped us out fitting in a special delivery for us so we could get our furniture on time. The TV stand and dresser are wonderful. Not a piece of chip board in sight! We will certainly buy from this business again and would recommend to friends and family.
