Took my machine for a simple service and he's completely damaged it so much that other reputable repairers won't touch it and I will have to travel to Janome in Stockport to see if they can rectify the damage caused. It's a very expensive machine and I rely on it for my business. Do NOT trust.

I've recently bought three industrial machines from Peter at Trojan. Having not bought any new machines for some time, it was invaluable to have someone to walk me through the various options and new technology. Good communication and always willing to help with any niggles with setup and use.
