        I've worked for Openhouse for 2 1/2 years now and I enjoy coming into work every day. I started out in customer services and when a position came up to move into the manufacturing side of things, I was offered it and gladly accepted. I've always been guided here and I have never been afraid to ask anyone for help or advice on how to do a task as everyone is approachable. My colleagues often reiterate if I need a hand with anything to just ask. At the same time, colleagues ask my advice also. It is nice to be in the environment of a family business where everyone gets on and works hard to achieve the best they can for themselves and our customers. This applies especially as we make bespoke bags and want our customers to have a positive experience each time they place an order. Thanks guys.

        An excellent company who have a keen eye for detail. My local Community First Responder group required a new rucksack, so we started looking for a new bag supplier. As I had previously used an OpenHouse product, I knew of their high quality and advised the group to use them. We contacted OpenHouse with an initial idea and the team were fantastic. From initial contact, to refining our design, to delivery of the bag, we could not find a single fault with OpenHouse. They were professional, prompt, and pulled out all of the stops to make sure our final product was perfect. I highly recommend that anybody looking for a new rucksack looks at the OpenHouse range. If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch as their design team are fantastic at making bespoke products! Thanks to all of the team from OpenHouse - we look forward to placing another order very soon!
