Having never had this treatment previously, I was quite nervous, but Lauren was so relaxed, down to earth and friendly. She really put me at ease. The procedure, was quick and almost painless and the results are beyond my expectations. Lauren has a medical background and was so knowledgeable and understanding of my anxieties that she made me feel I was in safe hands and answered questions I didn't even know I had! After a really bad experience with someone else on the Wirral, I was shocked when I came to Loz after seeing how a treatment should be carried out. The first person I went to, it was extremely painful and rushed. Loz took her time and it was as comfortable as it could be. She knows exactly what shes doing and wont let you get more than will look good/work, she could easily let me pay for something I dont need doing but doesnt. Loz talks you through the process and checks in on you regularly, I always recommend her to everyone looking for these kind of treatments.
