        The Patches system is frequently unavailable with no alternative method of contact, any telephone conversation with the surgery just instructs to keep trying patches which takes time out of my working day with no end result. This means I am having to pay for medication when I am entitled to free prescriptions. Very frustrating and poor service.

        25 minutes on hold to be told either a two week wait for an appointment or econsultate within 48 hours if I got back in touch in the morning. Felt like it was just a fob off so the receptionist didnt have to do anything.
