I mostly deal with Ian and Chris - who do our digital marketing. To be clear, I think most digital marketeers I have come across lack an understanding of why we pay them. To generate new customers (traffic and clicks mean nothing).
If I was to be brutal about the sector, I don't think that many Digital Marketeers actually understand Marketing at all. Which makes them just, erm, Digital?
DA get it and deliver what they promise to deliver.
Heartily recommended More importantly they didn't ask me to recommend them, I was just reviewing my month's activity and felt the urge!!
