Stiebel Eltron

After spending in the access of 10,000+ , 6 years ago on a new build house. I am now without heating or hot water. This is unacceptable as I have a terminally ill patient living in the house. The company that supplied the heating system no longer deal with Stiebel Eltron and are absolutely no help either. Now Im Being told the repair could cost in the region of 5000. Id like an answer to what part of this system is economic, a system that cost in the region of over 16,000. In 6 years is not economical. I would not advise anyone to purchase Stiebel Eltron air to water heating system. Stay away

Having spent in excess of 20k on an air source heat pump sold to us as the best equipment we are left with constant error codes and a system that does now work. Im close to asking for my 30yr old, but reliable, oil boiler back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Should have gone with NIBE

Heating set to 16c, easytron keeps heating the eos to 22c at night instead of 16c. Timers set to off but heating still coming on

Absolutely fantastic sales service and design assistance. The support on set up and technical help is second to none. The units themselves, both Air Source and Ground Source, from an installers perspective is fantastic. The new range of heat pumps have really good SCOP figures and ultra quiet running db ranges. In short Phenomenal products, first class sales and after sales service with a technical department support network that are always eager to help. Absolutely terrible. No backup, no support. Performance of the equipment is pathetic and patchy at best. Expensive. DON'T DO IT.
