Vista Panels Ltd

Went for a walk around to see if I'd want to start work here. Was told to contact my agency about a start date, they were all happy for me to start. No feedback, nothing from them, to say why they then decided not to go with me after leaving me to wait for a start date. I'm going to hazard a guess it's because I'm female though, but they won't say that. I would have been the only female working along side all men, a very large team at that.

Absolutely love our door from Vista Panels and it gets so many compliments. When it got scraped by a metal wreath holder they sent some touch up paint out to me the next day! Very impressed with the customer service and would definitely use again. Thank you!

Very unhelpful customer service, typical in this industry. Cant, wont, dont and No is there only answer to any questions. Avoid, you will regret it.

I initially left a poor review about this firm 4 months ago! I have adjusted and changed my opinion of the previous review now following positive resolution of the issues around my original complaint! The staff at vista panels were great at helping me to obtain a replacement front door that I needed, especially the lovely Heidi who went above and beyond to help me resolve the problems I was having, Paul also needs mentioning in the office for his input in helping with the replacement door! Just had new door fitted this morning and we are delighted with the outcome and wish to say thank you to all who helped at Vista Panels and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm going forward!!! Also, shout out to the fitter 'Lee' for a prompt professional job carried out quickly and skillfully this morning! Made up!!
