This company like all other comments has had my wife in tears over Wincanton delivery ruining our hallway and stairs carpet rudely spoken down too and spoken over to the point my wife who has a Brain condition just broke, they need to change how they deal with people that have had there possessions damaged through no fault of there own.

Same as others is a game to wear you down. But I will not it be beaten. John Lewis change the way you let this company deal with things on your behalf? Poor service. No updates. Funny how the company reply to positive reviews on others sites but not Google. Beware..

I share the views of the other 1 star reviews. These guys are quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Be ready for a war of attrition to get anywhere with this lot. The normal contact centre staff try hard but the more senior leadership are rude and arrogant, will talk over to you and try and wear you down so you dont continue your claim. I'm now 6+ months into my claim with no end in sight. They do genuinely seem to get some enjoyment from the problems they cause. I must have spoken to 20 different people throughout this process. People on holiday with no hand over. Deliberate tactics to not pay out for damage, trying to make me take lesser sums, making errors on documents. Rude to the engineer who sent quotes, denied they have spoken to them. WOW, I'd be really proud if I sat on the board of this one :-D
