        Awful customer service. Attended and asked if they would be interested in buying a bike that was an unwanted gift. I was told to bring it in with ID and as such attended the following day. I was then told that they had no room for the bike and offered me 10 for a bike worth 300. Waste of time. Would never go back.

The team member I spoke with (Josh) was very helpful and either knew the answers to my questions or found the answers while I was on the phone. I then processed my payment online. All in all, a very professional service that left me feeling very happy to recommend to others.
