Is the Rock Ferry Library here for making profit? I think so ! I borrowed a book from there, just because over due , they charged me 2.8 , The book only cost 7.99. I returned it and asked them remove the outstanding 2.8 in my card , they refused it . Should I borrow in future? No , id Better to pay for a book than borrow it . Huge disappointment ! How can I encourage my child use library? This experience completely changed how I feel with library service . If I can get no star I would.

Thanks to the nice ladies for my new library card and helping me with my parcel. Regarding the cross contamination of cv19 using sellotape, however, Id like to point out that data from the CDC a year ago shows that transmission by touch is as low 0.001 percent. Or 1 in 10,000. This makes excessive fear over touch, or the use of bleach products - that can actually harm you more than protect you - scientifically unjustified. I understand people have lost loved ones during this pandemic, but the same people who idly follow guidelines and mandates and blame other people of misinformation, are the ones actually doing the misleading, and the consequences couldn't be more severe. I encourage you to hear the opinions of people who are less compliant than yourself, because sometimes just by listening, and not assuming that we know better, we put ourselves in a position to learn from others. Libraries should be a cornerstone of free speech and information for all
