        Very efficient. Everything is automated. But if you are the type of person that needs the occasional human interaction to clear up whats happening this is not the company. Make sure you have all the correct details and check via company house for addresses etc. The company I was chasing changed their address at some point without notifying, so I ended up wasting 30 and was asked to pay again to resend the initial debt letter.
