        Been nearly 4 years and our case still isn't settled. A joke of a negotiation was offered, assuming half of the sum was intended for their pockets. They don't answer emails or calls. NOTHING. They are a pathetic, unreliable group, honestly surprised they still exist.

        I can't fault Kirsty Armstrong at all in how she handled my claim. It took a long time to resolve my case as it was quite complicated, but I was kept informed and updated throughout. We've now reached a resolution and settlement, and I am happy.
