I have had an initial treatment from this company firstly the chap who came arrived 45 minutes later than arranged. Looked like he had been out on the ale all night eyes glazed and stunk of tobacco. Completed treatment and a week later my grass turned to dust, definitely think there was a bad PH mix. I won't be using these cowboys again I have now changed to green thumb much better results Services: Lawn pest control, Yard work, Weed control

Personal feel is this is a bit of a con, from the door to door sales, we signed up for an initial treatment, guy turned up and put down a treatment which took all of 5 minutes - week later grass is all burnt and bald. Then get a next treatment letter saying they will be round shortly with no contact details on, so after a little Google I call 4 times and dont get an answer - so leave a voicemail to cancel. Guy still turns up and applies the next treatment, charged for the treatment. Also from the ring camera this record treatment took less than 2 minutes to apply? Tell the guy we dont want if anymore - still no improvement on grass after this treatment. Then another letter we will be with you next week. Never the same person either. Finally cancelled but just bad experience all round.

Speedy service. Just 3 weeks after first lawn treatment showed significant improvement. Well pleased.

Started using the Lawn People a couple of months back after a door to door sales person came round. They weren't pushy when I said I'd just put some treatment down, and suggested I wait a bit of I wanted to use them. I'm now on the second treatment with them, and what a difference it makes. I'd even say it's cheaper than trying to buy fertiliser and trying to do your own lawn. The real test will be the autumn and winter, but I'm confident of the results.
