        Disgusting service. Called in 2 weeks ago and was told by owner that he was happy to quote for a wooden step. Asked him if he wanted measurements to which he said no. Then forgot to phone us so revisited store last Tuesday to ask again. Company phoned this morning to arrange appointment for 1.30pm today and then 20 minutes before due to arrive phoned to say that there would be a call out charge due to being in Wallasey. Sounds like a rip off to me.

        We have been so let down by this company. We asked them could they do some paneling in the hall, and we were given a price. The man that was going to do this was taken ill, but we agreed to wait until he was well again. An other appointment made, they didn't turn up and when we rang they just said they didn't want the job. A simple job so my husband decided to do this himself. He started the job with wood we were told was always in stock. When my husband went down for some more wood a day later we were told there wasn't any. my husband ordered some, was told it would be in today but we were let down again.
