Emailed the Company to ask for someone to measure up and quote for a couple of wooden windows, as their site offers a free measurement a quotation service. Their response was... Sorry not possible. No explanation or suggestion for me to send them any measurements etc. Awful Customer Service.

Requested a quotation for new staircase and windows in which J&M responded to quickly and arranged a visit with us. The service we received was excellent from start to finish, everyone at J&M has been more than helpful, we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Contacted the Company to ask them to quote for a large Commercial Project. The guy who answered the phone was non-responsive and unhelpful so I decided not to proceed any further

These joiners were recommended to me as I needed new window frames for a period property . I dropped off the old rotten frames and they reproduced the frames . When I took them home they fitted perfectly. They even removed glass from the old frames put it back into the old ones pre drilled holes so I just needed to screw in the hinges . Top class job.
