I booked my son's party here and he had a great time. The reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is because I felt that there was a lack of food choices for the party options. Only 2 options chicken nuggets and chips or hot dogs and chips. No beans with them or anything. I will say they catered for my son as he has additional needs and doesn't eat either. But most of the food was wasted due to the kids not liking it. Plus the food was actually very poor quality for a 5 star cafe. It wasn't very nice party food. I know there actual cafe food and drinks are absolutely delicious so I just feel this was a let down massively especially with it being 17 per child nearly. I also felt like the staff lacked any energy and it felt super awkward, but most of them seemed very very young. That being said my son and his friends had a great time playing. My suggestions would be either better food/ more choices or let people bring there own food and making them aware when booking they can.

Came today with our autistic child and he had a wobble. Jenny the manager was absolutely fantastic, very understanding and gave us a voucher for an SEN session. Thankyou so much jenny.

My Granddaughter had her 6th Birthday party here. Each group get their own party room, which has a table laid, plus a server who brings the food, clears away and organises the kids. They have about 45 minutes play time, with a super hero show, and back to the room for food, 30mins, then back in the playroom for the rest of the 2hour session. Each room is basically decorated with murals, a colored table cloth and twinkling lights, the food is a main hot meal, cupcake and drink for each child. They can leave coats, shoes etc in the room, a safety video is shown and each child has a reflective pair of socks given to bounce on the various trampolines. Very well organised and the children loved it.
