Ordered tandoori main and it was raw in the middle

Spent almost 50, which included a single poppadom for the kids and a chutney tray. The chutney tray was delivered without the poppadom, which of course made the chutney tray useless. I called to ask about it, and after five minutes on hold, I was told that the driver particularly remembered putting the poppadom in the bag. I felt like I was being called a liar. No apology and not a great customer service attitude. Eventually, the poppadom was delivered after a further twenty minutes, by which time the rest of the food had been finished. Shame, because the food that was delivered was actually decent.
