Serenity Hypnotherapy

I went to karen for hypnotherapy and I cant recommend her enough it really helped me with my anxiety and I have felt amazing ever since. Karen was calm and caring and I felt so at ease opening up to her that i ended up booking in for a course of counselling sessions which got to the route cause of my anxiety. I looked forward to our sessions every week as I always left feel amazing and renewed, like a weight had finally been lifted of my shoulders. I was also left with the knowledge of why I react the way I do which has set me up for life as I understand myself a lot more. I will forever be grateful. Thank you again Karen.

Fantastic ace My daughter was stressed and struggling with exams and hypnotherapy was mentioned Karen was ace ! Brilliant with my daughter 16 who was anxious quickly put at ease and left them to it. Afterwards spoke with Karen kept me fully involved but not interfering daughter said it felt like a weight had been lifted brilliant after care from Karen was second to none daughter done really well in exams cant rate Karen and her experience and expertise enough would highly recommend Ben

What a lovely lady I recommend Karen to someone dear to me and they loved her. She is kind gentle and very caring.
