        Absolute jokes! Been waiting for serious damp that's effecting the bathroom brickwork to be fixed for months! Sent multiple people out to inspect, agree it needs sorting asap, then nothing for another 3months until they sent a new guy to inspect and make the exact same report! After constant pressure they finally give a date it'll be fixed and re-plastered.... then turn up the day before they agreed at 8.15am when I'm getting ready for work?

        Gone massively down hill since being took over, you request repairs to be done an you dont even get an acknowledgment half the time, when the job is done its done half heartedly so it needs doing again, was told Id get a new bathroom Im still waiting!
