Tidysite Building & Property Maintenance

I have now used Tidysite on several occasions and cannot fault them for their professionalism, quality of work and accommodating nature. Recently Graeme and his team undertook some general repair work on my house, which was completed to their usual high standards. I employed this company to do serval jobs pointing/exterior painting/ flagging/replacement of soffitts and down pipes The quote was expensive and when spoke to the company re price it did not include VAT they were no mention of VAT on the quote the company agreed to waive the VAT and that should have raised concerns but it did not. The time line was around 2/3 weeks weather dependant this was back in april this year the company advised me re a large skip which i order they also stated a port loo which never appeared. Mr Hughes told me he could not do the soffits and downpipes also the type of flags i wanted they could not do so the skip i order was not need the only things in the skip were endless coffee cups expensive bin. They did not point the whole of the house they refused to take of the house ie cables/hose pipe etc they damage at least 25 bricks although they replaced some but not all match was not good so looks awful. they pressured washed my drive and grout came out did replace but not with outside grout they used my drive as an ash tray they did not cover the window or lights i had to ask they to. Exterior painting did not use any masking tape until i asked them too only going to apply one coat paint neighbour shed roof shirt which they should not have done. I found Mr Hughes lacked customers service as did his time they attuide was i should be glad they were doing the job the job went on for over 12 weeks not sure why Mr Hughes keep quote weather conditions. I would have ask them to leave site but i had paid a big deposit and to try and get others tradesman to take a job that's alright started is difficult . i have video / email /recorded telephone conversation and pictures. to back up this review The whole experience was stressful and i feel my house looks worse than when they started would not recommend this company . We employed tidysite to knock through an exterior wall and install a upvc window. We could not be happier with the work undertaken. From the lady who undertook the initial visit, Graham taking a final measure before ordering the unit and the two gents who undertook the work. The workmanship, cleaning up and professionalism of all is to be commended. We had some issues with wiring in the wall and had to postpone at short notice, Graham was very understanding which was also very reassuring. I would recommend tidysite in a heartbeat.
