        Avoid. Installed windows which have ALL broken upstairs (ALL!). can't be opened, drafty, noise pollution coming in - NOT environmentally friendly as we pay to heat the outside. Elan refusing to pay to put right - house was build under 10 years ago. No ongoing aftercare of items covered by the NHBC. Leaking bathrooms badly installed having to now be taken out due to dangerous black mould build up also. Not a good customer experience. issues happen, but the ongoing commitment to resolve once the money has been paid is not present. A very bad customer experience for correction of substandard build or materials post sale Service: Luxury home building
