Called impact because I had become sick to death of getting vague diagnosis on why my bay window ceiling was getting dry black marks all over , Nick called round gave a confident simple quick answer and a solution to my problems. The saying you get what you pay for couldn't be more accurate his work is superb and when he leaves you wouldn't know he's been . Honestly you want a perfect finish call Nick Pics- Bay ceiling finshed and painted , bay wall still fresh and thats what it looks like when he leaves .

Twice I've booked this company for two different jobs. Twice I've now been let down I gave them a second chance as the first time couldn't be helped due to injury. But the second time was just a Total lack of communication didn't answer calls or a text message for two weeks prior to job date. Eventually answered a private number and we were told they were a week behind on work had no follow up with a different date especially after I booked time off work to be in. No apology nothing. I cancelled the job through the office as I was fed up of waiting and still no follow up after I spoke to the office. Absolutely disappointed felt like my work wasn't important total disregard for other people and lack of communication.
