Went for a massage as a groupon gift from a friend. The massage was fine and was performed at the back of a salon. Kelly then said I needed more appointments due to knots in my back so offered a deal of 50 for 3 upper back massages which had to be paid in full at the time. When I was due the first of 3 appointments she cancelled due to covid which was fair but then did not get in touch for over a month. I contacted her asking when I could book in as I had pre-paid but she said she no longer was based at the back of the salon and offered no alternative. I then messaged her a few more weeks after this as I had no contact from her and asked for a refund which she would not give despite not keeping me updated, not offering an alternative and being very unprofessional. 50 lost, would not bother with the company again.

Cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours than when I was due to go with absolutely no reason given. You fill in a consultation form far in advance which has your contact details on, so there is no reason why she couldn't have text with an explanation. It's also funny as it goes against her own cancellation policy. Will not attempt to use again.
