Patterson Oil - Ellesmere Port

Always order heating oil from Patterson and have had a great service every time. Always find them to be the cheapest and fastest and delivery drivers are lovely and helpful. The bad reviews on here seem to relate to orders placed via Boiler Juice - this isn't the fault of Patterson in my experience as Boiler Juice have held back my order previously meaning the supplier hadn't recieved the order to fulfil. I always now go direct to Patterson and never had an issue.

Will not be ordering from this company again. Paid 530 and promised oil before Christmas. Driver refused to attempt to get on the drive even though we have never had a problem with any other company fitting down the drive to deliver it. Its now Christmas week and we have no oil and refund wont be in our account for 5 days and are having to pay another 650 emergancy delivery from another company. Avoid this company.

Arrived promptly, respected our property delivered the correct amount of oil. Company had up until 24th to deliver but arrived well before time at no extra cost. Would recommend.

Patterson Oil left me with an with oil spillage all over the floor and cover not put back on to outlet. The stench of oil was really strong so I called them as I was concerned that the leak was due to the tank not being filled correctly and we were concerned that is was not safe. Was told I would receive a call back which never happened so emailed that evening to chase-up. No reply to that either. I appreciate issues can happen, but like another review on here, this must be the kind of poor service they provide as standard with no regard for their customers.
