I took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and we had a lovely hour with Tina the team leader. She was extremely professional with everything she did and an absolute perfectionist! I ended up getting my ears pierced too! Also the other member of staff was just so lovely too ( didn't catch her name) they were so lovely and kind to us. Just a lovely experience. She even helped us find spot cream for my daughter too. Tina went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service
