I am writing on behalf of my elderly aunt.,Ive had bad experiences at this hairdressers. Im an OAP on my last visit in December I pointed out that shampoo had been left in my hair. As a result I suffered verbal abuse by the owner who called me an moaner and was shouted out of the hairdresser, literally told to get out. I am nearly 80 years old and as you can appreciate I am not able to defend myself against this, I am quite shaken by this experience. If you are an OAP please dont go here
