I love getting my hair done at Hair by Emma The salon itself has a lovely relaxing and intimate atmosphere. I never feel rushed or stressed out, even when Im trying to decide what to have done which can take me a while! I have been getting my hair coloured by Emma for a few years now, she is amazing and really takes her time to get everything perfect. She is definitely a perfectionist and takes so much pride in her work. The salon has recently been expanded and Emma has a fab new apprentice to pass her skills on to. I had my hair done on 15/11 at the salon, it was supposed to be a balayage, but it does not look like a balayage. The next day I text Emma to give feedback and see what she could do about it, as I didn't like the results because my hair was left with a lot of spots where the bleach didn't have cooked enough and you could see that they looked like stains. She told me to come in on Friday to have a look and see what could be done. On Thursday she text me to ask if I could go in the afternoon, I told her I couldn't because I was going to be in Chester for the day, as my husband had a PCR test booked for travel and after that, we were going stay to see the Christmas lights and market. I think she understands that we had covid or covid symptoms, I tried to explain that my husband needs the test to travel for work because the country he was going asked for the test before, I have sent her the screenshot of the email that the travel company was asking for the test, but anyway she told me to not going to the salon as she is pregnant and doesn't want to risk it, so okay. On the next day, I asked her when she could book me in, she didn't reply and on the next day she just blocked me on Instagram left me without knowing what to do with my hair that is looking awful just next to the holidays.

I have been going to Emma for all my hairdressing needs for many years and I have NEVER come away anything less than thrilled with the results. Her cuts, colours and blows are fabulous and I always feel like a new woman once she's worked her magic. I'm always getting compliments off people after I've paid a visit to Emma's salon. I can highly recommend her and the salon is a beautiful and friendly place, as indeed are the staff! Well worth a visit ***** Services: Hairstyling, Bang trim, Hair coloring
