        I visited House of Hair, who gave me an appointment at very short notice. Alice cut my hair, and I love it. I took my daughter there too, who was equally as pleased with another stylist Lena! All staff very welcoming and friendly with some snacks in the waiting area too! Thank you House of Hair, what a fab place!

        Asked for a few highlights that blended well into the hair, a natural caramelly colour from what i have had done before, showed reference pictures and instead got stripey white patchy highlights that were left on for 2 hours. Hair feels damaged and when it came to the haircut i asked for 2 inches maximum and she chopped about 4/5 off. Now i have an unshaped bob and the customer service from this one particular lady was not good. The rest of the team are lovely so its a shame about this experience. Im now having to go to another salon to get it all fixed.
