        Lovely..informative and excellent at what she does i went in with hair that has been distroyed and had snaped off with bleaching.. katy managed to make it look so much better with a good cut root lift and olaplex treatment stage 1 of getting my hair back acheived thank you katy x

        Fantastic experience. katy is very knologable, her many years experience of colour and cuts are eveident. It was nice to have the salon experience without having to actually visit a big salon. She also does great lengths hair extensions and nanokeratin smoothing with great results. Once katy has done your hair you will never use anyone else.

        I have visited Katy at both her home and Chester salon. I was pleasantly surprised that her home base is very professional without having to visit a busy salon. Trenz Chester has easy free customer parking which is unusual in Chester. Katy is the queen of colour and restyle her enthusiasm and knowledge is second to none. I cant wait to have keratin straightening treatment next week, goodbye time consuming frizzy hair. I will then have perfect hair!! Thank you Katy
