The team at Warrior are brilliant they make the classes enjoyable whilst coaching and pushing you to get that extra drip of sweat out of you.
The classes are never the same and you work every muscle group during a class. You feel you want to die whilst doing that last burpee or last rope climb but when you leave you feel amazing.
In my eyes Warrior is not like any other gym facility it is more like a family/community, no one judges you by your ability or size, everyone is friendly and is always there to help you if you need support.
We are all there for one thing and that is to feel better and healthier.. If you haven't been to Warrior then honestly give it ago and you'll get the bug to go again and again.
