        My daughters first class went brilliantly! She struggles with new situations and social anxiety but the instructors/teachers made her feel so welcome and at ease that she dived right in and had a go! The class is a lovely little class and think it helped that all the girls in the class were new also, Jo was great when I told her my daughter gets anxious so she suggested this class and it was perfect! My daughter can't wait for her second class next week which has completely shocked me! Thanks girls

        All the instructors are so lovely and the community is really supportive and kind no matter what size or ability level you are, I started pole over a year ago and aerial hoop recently and they support you if you're unsure about a move and adjust things to suit your ability level until you're strong enough to do moves safely
