I was looking for a CrossFit box to drop in on whilst I was home visiting family and thankfully came across CrossFit Sempiternal.
I attended 3 sessions and was made welcome by the coaches and everyone immediately. The coaches were awesome, approachable and the programming was excellent.
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit at a fun and welcoming gym. I would definitely join if I was hanging around!
