        I have traveled everywhere in the uk and dropped into many CrossFit gyms. CrossFit Wirral is no 1. Hands down.

        We were in the Wirral for work for one night and came and guested for a session. True CrossFit standard... Everyone was super friendly, Chris was more than welcoming as soon as we arrived, greeting us by name and having a chat. He recommended our dinner venue for the evening too. Coach of the evening was fun and sorted us into partners for the wod no worries. Super neat white board plenty of kit and well used space. Great original CrossFit Box vibes.
