Disappointed that only 4 panels were fitted although we were allocated 6. This being due to an "armchair" survey using Google earth which failed to take into consideration this Victorian property and its immediate surroundings. This being said, the fitters were excellent and did a VERY good job. Thank you for your prompt response to my review and your excellent communication skills fully explaining your company's situation regarding this installation thereby gaining another two stars. Your panel installers confirmed to me that it would have been very easy to fit the remaining two panels on the same elevation above our garage if the scaffolding had been in the correct place prior to them arriving. I would greatly appreciate it if you could follow this up for me with the people responsible for this mistake in order to rectify the situation and finally instructing your company to install the missing two panels. All sorted, this would justifiably make your company a five star PLUS!!

LMF installed a set of 6 solar panels on our roof in an attempt to help make the house more energy efficient. From start to finish it was less than a week. Booked in on the Tuesday, scaffolding erected Thursday, panels installed and wired up within about 2-3 hours on the Monday and scaffolding taken down on the Tuesday. Such a simple and effective process. Would defined recommend. Thanks for the simple process. The 6 panels have produced 43.8kWh of energy according to the meter in just over a week of rain and cloudy days so looking forward to the saving come the summer time
