Put me in a bad place mentally. I even refused to go there straight after I resigned from my other job. Always was better off job seeking alone.

Staff are either really clueless or fantastic actors. After being passed from pillar to post over travel expenses to get to work, I suggested a loan, which they hadn't thought of themselves (even though it's their job!) It was available, but I had to do their job for them. Screw the DWP, and screw the Tories who made this unholy mess.
