        I've just came to Birkenhead Jobcentre Plus to renew my JCP travel discount card and been told they can't do it as they don't have facilities today (Saturday 8th). To my understanding JCP is open and should be able to do such a simple task as it has been done in Everton. Does not gives me a good impression to trust them.

        I attended this Jobcentre Yesterday for an initial U Credit meeting . Very happy with the welcome from reception staff. During my experience here i was treated with dignity and respect. It can be a daunting task visiting for the first time but not in my case. Also , the staff where all efficient and generally a good sense of organisation in the Office.
