Rainbow Balloons and Gifts

I can't recommend rainbows and balloons enough . I've been going to this shop many a time over the years regarding cake decorations amongst other things . I recently went in to order my daughters 40th birthday balloon and they were so helpful with ideas for me it , I was stuck for choice , I arrange for a time to pick up and it was perfect . My daughter loved it . It just shows that they have been in business so many years there doing something right . Thank-you ladies .

I always use this shop when needing baking ideas, as the ladies are all very knowledgeable and pleasant, so when I needed balloons for my wife's surprise party, I had no reason to go anywhere else! Emily talked me through different ideas to make things special, and as they have supplied for that venue before, knew exactly what would and wouldn't work. On the day of the party, Julie, Emily and Heather turned up early so as not to spoil the surprise, and ensured the whole room was balanced before leaving. Brilliant service from a small local business, that will continue to have my custom for years to come, can't thank you all enough

We can't recommend this shop enough. The service is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Julie went above and beyond to make our day perfect and how we wanted! We won't be using anywhere else for future events. We came across the shop when planning our Gender Reveal, after a recommendation from my cousin and honestly you won't get a better service anywhere!

After taking my children for almost 8 years to choose balloons for special occasions I will now be taking them elsewhere. A member of staff "hounded" myself and my two children from the moment we walked in. Staying less than 1m away the whole time. I politely asked them to give us some space, this did not happen. Raised my concern with a different member of staff who did apologise and gave the excuse that they had "gypsies in" and also there had been a number of thefts recently. This was a very stereotypical attitude to have and it does not excuse the member of staff being so close to my children especially after being asked to back off. Just to be clear at no point did the staff member ask if we needed any assistance. Just merely following people around the shop with no consideration for personal space or boundaries.
