Fantastic practice with lovely staff. Though they are often exceptionally busy, the waiting times to be seen are good. Admin staff are lovely and very organised in terms of arranging follow ups/sending reminders. Dr Neha and Dr Soul are so compassionate and understanding. They listen, are sympathetic and take time to thoroughly investigate. I feel valued as a person, not just a patient. I've recently had my first child and I feel we've both been looked after very well.

The best doctors surgery Ive ever been too. The doctors and nurses are lovely and care about their patients. They listen, are very thorough and you feel safe in their hands. The receptionist staff are also very helpful and lovely.

Quite simply, superb. I have recently moved away from the area - too far to still be a patient and was so sorry to leave behind the best medical practice I have ever seen. I am 72 years of age so that is quite a few. You are treated as a person, and not just a patient. The doctors, nurses and reception staff and those who you never see but answer phones go more than the extra mile. Obliging, and helpful, caring and friendly; the culture of this practice is outstanding. I am still hoping the Doctors Mugerwa will decide to open a new practice in Worcestershire
