Left my nan with a chest infection, severe pain and she then ended up in hospital with a fall. Can never get through on the phone and when you do eventually get through they tell you no appointments. Should be shut down and vulnerable patients moved to a gp that can actually provide the basic care needed.

Just walked out of seeing a doctor dont know what her name was but she was so rude I explained to her about the severity of pain to my muscles in my arms which has now gone to my hands and groin she told me that the pain in my arms are nothing to do with my groin. She didnt even examine me. I asked about the pain relief Im on as it is now doing nothing for me again she was so rude and started to raise her voice. I was so upset and disgusted I walked out of the surgery with no help whatsoever. I will be changing my GP practice Egremont Practice is one big joke who havent got a clue needs to be reported.

Clare the NP is fantastic, she is the first person in five years to take my back pain seriously and set me on course to recovery, after referral's to spinal/physio I had my MRI and discovered the source of the my spinal nerve pain. I can not thank her enough!

Absolutely awful treatment from the 'service manager' and nurse Kelly. A truly dreadful experience. Gives the NHS a really bad name. I have now left and am treated elsewhere !

Been here since birth, never had a problem in my older years with this doctors, always been friendly, attentive and helpful, But i am disgusted with the way i got spoken to and treated yesterday, walked out in tears, everything i mentioned basically got dismissed and felt like what was happening with me is invalid, GP had no time for me, very dismissive and passive aggressive, basically got told everything is in my head and my issues are minor and no one else gets stressed about them, made me feel absolutely awful.
