Two GPs over two surgery's,10 minutes drive apart. No flexibility from the female GP in regards to appointment. Fridays appointments only via phone - great way to give diagnosis. Nurses and administrative staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. "New NHS patients welcome to register" - it's a joke. Looking already to move somewhere else.

I am a doctor, I moved recently to the Wirral and registered with this surgery. The receptionists are among of the worst people I have ever encountered in my NHS career. They instantly give you attitude for no reason, they act like gate keepers to a treasure and try preventing people from getting to it. They dont consider that you are sick, pregnant.. etc. They causes me and my family a lot of stress. Not the doctors, not the practice nurse but the receptionists. This is not how were trained to treat patients, you should know better. Shame on all of you

I honestly feel that this GP Surgery is shocking! I have recently moved to Wirral and therefore had to change practice. My daughter has been pushed from gp to gp at prenton and now denied assistance all while she is suffering with her mental health and this is after arguing with the receptionist about the fact that a GP needs to give a referral in order for us to see a specialist, she insists that I need to give them the appointment details first which I can't do without a referral. This is the exact reason we are trying to go private as the system is a joke. Not to mention that I have been waiting for over 2 months for a claim form to be done for a procedure that I need done and is causing me pain.

I honestly dont see the point in this doctors they are still on limited working hours but they dont actually do any work they have left me in pain with not a care in the world tell you to go pay for services at local pharmacy because they dont want to give you an appointment and do the job they are paid very well for. And for anyone wanting a doctors surgery avoid here I am looking for a new surgery I know a lot are as these have absolutely noneincompetent as these are but I hope to find one with at least some commitment to there patients... And just a reminder to the receptionist your not qualified for anything more than taking patients names and booking appointments or not as in your case you have no medical training so dont get involved with patients symptoms or give advice stick to your jobs huns..

Unable to book appointments when told to ring at 8am. Wrong blood tests done, or they get lost and need redoing. These are regular issues not one offs
